BAI Retail Delivery Conference & Expo 2009
DAYTON, Ohio- This week, at the Bank Administration Institute (BAI) Retail Delivery Conference & Expo in Boston, Panini will conduct demonstrations of their newest services for distributed capture – Panini Web Portal and Panini Dashboard. As the newest offerings within Panini’s complete umbrella of services, these tools provide remote deposit capture (RDC) and branch image capture (BIC) users with state-of-the-art capabilities to manage and support their fleet of check scanners.
“As distributed capture implementations continue to increase, service and support solutions for products in the field become more imperative,” says Joe Sanders, VP Technical Services, Panini North America. “We’ve undertaken an extensive assessment to understand the market’s needs in these areas and have strengthened and expanded our offerings to satisfy customer requirements.”
Panini’s umbrella of services includes a complete range of professional offerings to enable customers and partners to maximize their investment in distributed capture solutions. The portfolio, delivered by Panini and its extensive network of partners, includes maintenance, fulfillment, help desk, training, and the newest capabilities in the portfolio; Panini Dashboard and Panini Web Portal.
The Panini Dashboard provides asset management capabilities and proactive, real-time alerts and reporting on check scanner performance. The new product is already being used by leading financial institutions as a support tool for check scanner deployments. The dashboard is configurable to meet client expectations and thresholds, provides flexible reporting options, and features a user-friendly interface. The Panini Web Portal provides an electronic commerce portal, including custom catalog options, can identify scanner configuration and status information, and has become a widely used resource by Panini customers.
“The early success of our web portal prompted us to expand the functionalities of this service,” adds Sanders. “It has become a one-stop shop for your Panini check scanner.”
In addition to launching the dashboard and enhancing the web portal, Panini has expanded their world-class services team, adding new employees in the areas of customer support and new product development. The company also enhanced their maintenance and fulfillment services and expanded the Panini Authorized Service Provider (PASP) program to include many of the industry’s leading technology companies.
Conference attendees can visit Booth 410 at the BAI Retail Delivery Conference & Expo this week for a demonstration of the new services, receive special promotion information and more! Additionally, Panini’s VP Technical Services, Joe Sanders, will be available with members of his team to address any questions about Panini’s Umbrella of Services.
