Edison, NJ – November 9, 2009 – 3i Infotech, a global information technology company, today announced the appointment of Jim McShea as Chief Revenue Officer for North America. McShea will oversee all sales and marketing functions for the company. He will report directly to Kathy Hamburger, CEO and president, 3i Infotech, North America.

Jim combines his deep understanding of our strategic corporate direction with his knowledge of our solutions to provide a fresh outlook on our enterprise-wide sales operations.”
As Chief Revenue Officer, McShea is responsible for developing and managing the overall sales strategy for 3i Infotech, North America, and both of its subsidiaries, Regulus Group and J&B Software. His responsibilities include driving new business development, revenue growth and client retention as well as overseeing product and corporate marketing. Over the last five years, McShea has served as EVP of J&B Software where he helped expand and grow the J&B sales and marketing organization to achieve record revenue and profit levels within the company.
Prior to joining J&B Software, Jim served as the National Director, North America Partner Channel Group of Unisys Corporation where he directed all facets of Unisys Business Partner sales and marketing programs throughout the United States and Canada.
