We’re trying to capture the “essence” of RDC… and specifically what it “means” to people in the industry and familiar with RDC. What is the one thing you would say about Remote Deposit Capture? It can be a single word, a phrase, a sentence, a comment, or whatever. So, what would you say?

It's hard to say just one thing about remote capture. At first it was just about businessess and now with being able to do a deposit from home or from your phone its a whole lot more. It has allowed me to change banks (I now use a credit union located on the other side of the US!) to save money on fees.

As someone involved in remote capture it is the most dynamic environemnt to work in in banking

CAR/LAR and coupon recognition software is an important part of this solution, as it can make or break it from the standpoint of automation and accuracy (Read rate and misread rates).  If you need any information to help you on this topic, please let me know. Joe Gregory
