RDC Forum Registration Terms
For virtual events, attendees are responsible for obtaining the appropriate software, applications, connectivity, etc. in advance of the virtual event. The platform for the virtual event, subject to change, is Zoom, The account intended for use for the virtual event should be registered in the name of the attendee.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refunds by event attendees will be honored only if notification of registration cancellation is received in writing via electronic mail a minimum of 25 business days before the event date. Cancellation requests received via telephone will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid minus a $60.00 processing fee if the request is received at least 25 business days before the event date. NO REFUNDS will be granted otherwise. Registration Substitution Policy
Substitutions for paid registrations can be made at any time if the registrant cannot attend. The substitute must be from the same organization as the original registrant. Registrations obtained via a Membership are non-transferrable and not eligible for substitution. Please submit substitution requests to
Event Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled or there is a change in platform, venue or date, registrants will be notified by mail/e-mail. Remote Deposit Capture, LLC will not be responsible for expenses involved with a cancelled event. Events cancelled as a result of acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, and other reasons beyond the reasonable control of Remote Deposit Capture, LLC will not result in automatic refunds of registration fees. Remote Deposit Capture, LLC will, on a best efforts basis, offer alternative options in the form of, for example: webinars, virtual events, or membership subscriptions, etc. Remote Deposit Capture, LLC reserves the right to substitute speakers without notice.
Publicity Material, Photographs and Media
Remote Deposit Capture, LLC, the host of the RDC Forum, reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by Remote Deposit Capture, LLC in the course of the event for whatever use deemed proper by Remote Deposit Capture, LLC and has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of attendees, sponsors and their exhibits including its contents, in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without compensation to sponsor or attendee, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be Remote Deposit Capture, LLC’s sole property, free of any claims of attendee, sponsor or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the attendee or sponsor.
Prohibited Activities
Attendees (except Sponsors within the rented tabletop area) are prohibited from the following activities: sale of goods or taking orders for sale of equipment, products, services or supplies; conducting lotteries, raffles or drawings; distribution to attendees of printed matter, samples, souvenirs, branded items and the like and solicitations of any sort. Remote Deposit Capture, LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee in violation of these terms.
All RDC Forum attendees are subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.  By registering for this event, you and any attendee(s) to whom the registration(s) is/are transferred to acknowledge and agree to the RDC Forum Registration Terms.
