Does anyone have specific language in their agreements that refers to repeat or multiple offenses?  For example, after 3 times, then X, 4 times you're done.  In our case we don't know if it's truly 'I forgot', or, 'I didn't know someone else already ran the deposit', or if it's intentional.  The customer is actually a good customer, it's just happened frequently so we want to address it.  Thank you!

We do not have a specific number of occurrences where the customer may be removed from the product.  We do ask they adhere to our Check Safekeeping and Destruction guide which covers duplicates and how to avoid them by ensuring they have a physical endorsement and secured after processing.  Not sure if your application allows for the client to have a second person review and approve any duplicates.

May want to do some training and possibly an onsite review to see how they manage their checks after processing.
