"For UrbanFT, how exactly does the manual review as a service work? Does this service leverage AI to minimize the "false positives"? What happens when, for example, an item in review is actually a different amount than what the customer entered?"

Our business rules will flag items and depending on settings, we will either reject or set items to needs review if they fail a rule. Our manual review team will work with you to determine what criteria would be needed to have items accepted or rejected, then our team will use business rules to flag or reject items depending on requirements and make the decision to approve or reject items.
