Earlier today (2/28) we published an article which provides some detailed insights for our members regarding the current state of Restrictive Endorsements (% of FIs requiring, specific language used, detection and varification process, % of FIs declining due to no or incorrect endorsement, the result of this month's poll on RE, and more). 

Based upon several recent conversations, however, I wanted to open this up for discussion across the entire industry. What questions, challenges, insights, etc. can we and the industry assist with? Please feel free to post in these discussion boards.

Here is an interesting question to kick things off: Has anyone been able to file or dismiss an indemnity claim due to a restrictive endorsement per Reg CC? (Let's get a discussion going, then  I'll share our results from a Q3 2018 survey in a later post.)
