RDC solution for Property mangement companies
hello group,  I am new to the forum stuff  but I am hoping to see if you can point me to a solutiuon for Property management comanies.  I have a unique situation in my territory that property management companies around here need a solution but have specific requirements.  1st they don't want to funnel money from a trust account to the property owners. And they also don't want to have to pay a statement fee for each bank account they have to deal with.  They also want a solution where they can log into once and push C21 files to each of their customer's accounts.  This is pretty broad but If you can point me somewhere I would appreciate it

It sounds like a very interesting issue to help solve. The majority of software vendors and payments processors can offer you a solution for your customers using Check 21 with agreements by their, the customer's, bank to accept the file. The systems offer flexibility and control on depositing to accounts. The MarketPlace on this site has a good list of companies that offer the capabililities.
