I have the honor of being invited back to Washington DC to meet with and present to the FFIEC on the latest and greatest with RDC. The last time this happened, it was part of the process the FFIEC went through as they developed their RDC Risk Management Guidance. What are the issues, concerns, etc. that would make a “short list” of items which should be addressed? Your input is appreciated.

I have the honor of being invited back to Washington DC to meet with and present to the FFIEC on the latest and greatest with RDC. The last time this process started was in 2007 through 2009 as the FFIEC was developing their RDC Risk Management Guidance. At that time, consumer capture had barely begun, and the concept of Mobile RDC was met with much skepticism.
Fast-forward to 2011, and RDC is going mainstream. Commercial RDC is commonplace, and most FIs are racing to deploy Consumer & Mobile RDC. This will be the focus of my presentation and discussion with the FFIEC.
So…. If you were in my shoes, what are the issues, concerns, opportunities and the future of RDC (and specifically Consumer + Mobile RDC) that you would focus upon? I’ll be certain to share any / all feedback with the FFIEC.
